Dhruba Giri had a dream when he was 14, to build a school for his community.
He was gifted a donation by some travelling westerners, and he started his project.

20 years later, Dhruba owns an eco-resort, that enacts initiatives around his community such as land ownership, organic farming for women, elephant rehabilitation and business growth.
He also built his school, which his daughter now attends.
